By accessing or using SID AI (“the Service”), operated by SID AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SID AI is an AI-powered sports coaching platform that provides personalized training programs, workout tracking, form analysis, and conversational coaching. The Service is available through our website (getsid.ai) and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • SID offers free and paid subscription tiers. Features available vary by tier.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@getsid.ai for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tier features at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or software.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.

6. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Important: SID AI provides fitness coaching and information for educational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
  • SID does not diagnose injuries or medical conditions. If SID suggests you may need medical attention, seek professional help.
  • You assume all risk associated with your use of exercise recommendations provided by the Service.
  • Form analysis is AI-generated and may not catch all form issues. It is not a replacement for in-person assessment by a qualified professional.
  • Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, AI models, content, and branding, is owned by SID AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Your training data, progress photos, and uploaded content remain your property.
  • By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.
  • You may not use the SID name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, chat messages). By uploading content, you grant SID a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SID AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will be perfectly accurate.
  • In no event shall SID AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, lost profits, or data loss.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@getsid.ai.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
